- If you have provided us with your Bank details to obtain a refund, that information will be stored securely with our banking system provided by HSBC.
- Requests for customer support containing your personal and order details as specified above.
- Information provided by telephone or other means maybe monitored, recorded and stored. This may include notes from our conversations with you, such as details of information provided, comments you make, feedback on your experience and details of any complaints.
- Marketing and Communications data that includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and your communication preferences.
- Information provided when you interact with us on social media.
If you fail to provide personal data
Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with goods or services). We may give information to and receive information from third parties where it is necessary to recover debts due by you to us, for example, debt recovery agents, credit reference agencies and sheriff officer or bailiff services. - The website uses google analytics and 3rd party services to enhance understanding of visitor traffic and provide improvements based upon that knowledge, or to allow for users to share information with their social networks. We try to be as open as we can be in terms of giving people access to their personal information. Individuals can find out if we hold any personal information by making a ‘Subject Access Request’. If we do hold information about you, we will:
